While Plasma spray application
a high pitch sound is generated ranging between 130
to 140 db, which is dangerous for the human ears and
can cause permanent damage to human ears if heard
for longer duration.
The Plasma spraying application will be conducted
in a acoustically insulated chamber to avoid sound
pollution in the workshop.

make acoustically insulated flame spray room
reduces the sound
level of Plasma spraying to a level which is bearable
to human ears i.e. up to 90
db. The chamber consist of two side Walls, Roof and
Front opening doors. Back
side of the chamber is directly connected to the plasma
spray booth.
Acoustic Room will have suitable
double leaf doors, windows and viewing
windows of double glazed tempered safety glass. The
size of the door will be
such so as to enable the largest size of job to be
taken inside the room with case.
Noise
Reduction : From 110 db to 90 db measured one meter
outside from
the wall as per OSHA Specifications for 3 hours exposure.

DESCRIPTION & FUNCTION
- To provide fresh & clean air for operators.
- Collecting dry over-spray of metal powder in to
the washing chamber.
The principle of "SHIKOVI™
PLASMA METAL SPRAY BOOTH" is based on
collecting (scrubbing) the dry over-sprayed powder
by using centrifugal action.
Spray Booth will incorporate efficient water wash
principle. Air will be drawn
from the work area with over spray, dust and fumes
into a water curtain. The
exhaust air will be washed twice, once as it passes
through the curtain and then
again as it is scrubbed and agitated in a dense water
spray created by a series of
overlapping water spray nozzles.

THERMAL
SPRAY BOOTH
Unit
will be provided with a automatic water level control
system. Water when lost through evaporation will
be replaced as required by an automatic fill valve.
The automatic water control system will maintain
full tank level at all times for proper water conditioning
& recirculating cycles.

DESCRIPTION :
This Devise consists of D.C. Motor coupledwith
a head stock assembly of main shaft mounted
on bearing and a faceplate mounted chuck. A
tail stock overhung from the horizontal tail
stock sliding beam is provided to align and
hold the other end of the job. A thyrister converter
panel
regulates the speed of the device and infinitely
variable from 25 to 500 RPM, sturdy channel
frames holds this device from both the sides
of Booth.

DESCRIPTION :
Tilting turn table will be manufactured fabricated
out of heavy duty structural member i.e. Channels,
Angles etc. and Sheet metal covers, and machined
parts duly treated with 2 coats of metal primer
and finished with Anticorrosive pain with capacity
to withstand at high ambient temp. , It will consist
of casted and machined housing on which the shaft
hardened face trust bearing will be mounted at
the top with upper flag to adopt face place of
610 mm Dia. D.C. Motor mounting plate and will
be fitted with desired ratio.

The entire
housing assembly will be supported with self align
type pillow block bearing housing mounted on inclined
base. A manually operated lever connected to Gear
box & coupling will be provided with heavy duly
Caster, to move the unit
to desire location & provision for mechanical
lifting Jack the lift the frame by 1/4" on
+ve & -ve side. 25 mm thk face plate casted
out of aluminum all & machined with 4 no. slot
for mounting the job four nos. counter bored holes
for counting the face plate on base plate. |

DESCRIPTION :
This consists of pneumatic cylinder/lead screw
driven by a geared motor with proximity switch
for stroke setting. The nozzle holding carriage
is mounted on linear guide rods assisted with
linear bearings and protected from dust with the
help of bellows.
The traverse speed can be controlled by adjus-ting
the flow control valve of pneumatic cylinder of
speed regulator of PMDC motor in case of lead
screw arrangement No. of spray passes over the
job can be set on the counter with will switch
off the traverse as well as blasting at completion
of no. of passes set on counter in Auto mode.

X-Y Manipulator will be manufactured out of heavy
duty structural member i.e. Channels, Angles,
Sheet Metal with 2 coats of metal of primer &
two coats of anticorrosive paint suitable to withstand
high Temp. Entire mechanical slide assembly will
consist of Ball screw of suitable length, Recirculating
Ball nut, slide belt, Proximity switches, Aluminium
cast & machined shaft mounting bracket moving
parts suitable covered with bellows, Dust covers
etc. Gun holding bracket with position slides
with locking arrangement will be provided in order
to locate the manipulator frame will be fitted
with heavy duty castors and mechanical Jacks to
adjust the height 1/4" on +ve and -ve side.
Our scope of work includes
Design, Manufacture, Supply with erection &
commissioning of combination horizontal and vertical
traversing system with
following specifications / Description. System
will consist of a high speed horizontal and vertical
unit, functionally integrated to provide various
movements lime X step Y, Y step X, vertical Zig
Zag, Vertical scan, horizontal scan. The entire
assembly will be provided with screw type jacks
for height adjustment, loading and stability during
operation. Unit will have a separate control unit
and electrical cables. The unit will be provided
with two proximity sensors to designate home positions
of both axes and an over travel limit switches
to lock out drives.

SHIKOVI™ make Grit Blasting
Cabinet consists of a M.S. fabri-cated cabinet
with inside lining of abrasion resistant rubber
sheets. For pressuring the girt, pressuring vessel
with hose connections, required hose for grit
and provided in the cabinet. Air inlet is provided
with pressure regulator, solenoid valve &
pressure indicator. The chamber is illuminated
by lamps on the top with a on-off control.

A desk
type control panel is provided on the cabinet as
a integral part of cabinet.
It consists of a power contactor, on-off switch,
foot switch, pressure regulator
and pressure indicator, solenoid, on-off switch,
power indicator, process on-off
indication etc.
This Grit blasting cabinet has a standard feature
for entry of two hands for
blasting and holding the job. A suitable hose
with ceramic nozzle is provided
as a standard attachment. The cabinet has openings
from two sides.
DUST COLLECTOR :
Bag Dust collector with dust collection hood No.
of Bags -12 Pressure : 8" wg.
Capacity - 600 cfm with dust collection tray provided
at the bottom and
manual bag shaking arrangement.
